(A PM message to them has gone unanswered now for 6 days although I am well known to them. Not a good way to run business IMO.)
Nameless we have spoken over the phone quite a few times in the last few weeks regarding the new staff, all your questions were answered over our conversations. I felt no need to reply to your PM when we had verbal conversations regarding your questions.
As for the way I run C&E is proper we are open the hours that are stated on our website 1:00pm - 6:00am, phone manners are polite and bookings are on time and descriptions ie. pictures are the actual ladies in question. If you book an appointment with us and I can not get a hold of the lady we return the call to the client to make arrangements for another lady or other arrangements for another time. I have in the past done alot of discounts and made up to you as a client if I couldn't reach the lady after she booked on.

Nameless 1 - and this was all over a lady that was hospitalized on the dates in question and I ok it with the young lady to give out her personal cell number to clear this matter up you. ( which we only did to satisify you in this matter )When you contacted the young lady she was in the hospital at the time and the young lady had to leave her hospital room to converse with you as she had family members in the room. She satisified your concerns on the phone apologizing. But then had repeated phone calls there after.
But in your eyes, I as the management was the one at fault.
I feel as an agency owner I cannot be responsable for uncontrolable events which rarely ever happen. I beleive that I have gone above my duty to satisify you as one of our clients - In return I here at C&E cannot satisify you as a client and every agency or independent knows you can't satisify every customer.
In the future there are several other agencies and independents you can choose from.
