When i google the number, I see another ad with a different description entirely:

However, the person that answered the phone sounds like the girl in this ad:

Rico, I saw that ad too, but I got nothing for you on it. There used to be CL ads for two women in that area, they were larger looking in their pics, not sure if there's a connection though.

My first thought was that it might be the lady that posted as the "Mobile Massage" massage attendant. She advertised and posted her a fair bit in the recent past but then just disappeared. She said she was working on a place to host. Might give her a call tomorrow and see what the deal is. After re reading I dont think the mobile massage gal was 45
