I was a little leery at first but I saw these working in the US and they are very simple to use. Phone, maps, compass, camera, translator, e-mail, Internet, music / movie player, TV - I guess this is the next logical step for Smartphones. The rollout can be smooth as most recent versions of Blackberry & Android are already equipped with NFC and payment terminals equipped with NFC have been distributed for some time now.
