christmas gifts to staff

What do you guys give for Christmas to condo and/or office building security?
(I am sure that it was discussed before, and I searched diligently to no avail)

Bottles of wine or gift cards. Our building also collects cash for a year end "bonus" to the staff.

$20, except for a couple guys who are especially helpful. The head concierge - $50.

our offfice never took up a collection or thought of giving a gift to security at the office. is this the norm?
