Is there really nothing to do in Ottawa on Christmas Eve? Any open clubs tonight (any clubs... not just SC)? I seem to recall in past years that there were some places open, but I am not finding anything today and I am bored to hell!

God's birthday...

Not sure but isn't there something about the "Holy Trinity"... all being the same?

The Christian doctrine of the Trinity teaches the unity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as three persons in one Godhead. The concept of personhood in the Trinity does not match the common Western understanding of "person" as used in the English language

I guess its fair to say that each person has their own interpretation/beliefs... but my understanding is that the trinity is the same spirit in different forms. JC was one of the three. The point about it being the birthday - well only JC was actually born... the other two just always were.

Technically his b-day was in October according to many theological experts. But let's not let that get in the way of fun! Christmas is truly a pagan holiday, not that there's anything wrong with that.

I, for one, got laid Xmas Eve .... actually it was in the afternoon but close enough. Made my drive to the states much sweeter and tolerable ...... I am in the land of table showers and AMPs with the hottest, sweetest, sexist mostly Korean girls. I will be sure to think of you all while I am being pampered .....

2 of the hottest chicks I knew were Catholic. I married one of those nymphos and wish I had married the other one! LOL The fun we had after (and before) masses .......... it seems to turn them on even more

Zaphod's in the Market is open Christmas Day. It's a tradition with them. No strippers though, unless one of the patrons gets carried away with the spirit of the season.
