No info on Tianjian in particular. But usually the "Saunas" in hotels provide full services that ranges from 500 to 1000rmbs. Depending on the locale and status etc.
Tianjian (closer to Beijing) would likely not be very cheap.
I would stay away from the indys initially until you have a grip of the do's and don'ts in Tianjin.......just my 2 cents.....

I've been to Tianjin 2 times. Both times I met up with some girls and scored (at normal dating costs, see www.asiafriendfinder.com) and I also got some escorts. Any of the hotels offer escorts in their "spas". I paid 500rmb from one, and 600rmb for another. Both were full service GFE (DFK, BBBJCIM/COF, Full Service, etc.).

Don't look for massage studios for escorts, those places mostly just offer massage. Just look for any hair salon that is open past 9pm. That's where the hookers are.

Beijing runs a bit higher, with about 800rmb being the normal price.

I visited Tianjian several years ago and dtayed at a big hotel by the ocean. I discovered during my week's stay there that apparently the hotel front desk employees would take note of the visitors checking in. The room numbers of the "chosen" potential customers would be passed on to the awaiting escorts usually by cell phones. You may get an unexpected call at night asking if you would like to have a massage for $100 USD (negoatiable down to $40 USD). I had this experience but decided not to accept the solicitation in fear of the unexpected knocking on my door. There were escorts inside the hotel dressed up in clothings that resembled hotel employees uniforms. They would solicit you as they see you pass by a hotel hallway to/from your room. I did try this one escort repeatedly during my week there. I felt this was a safer way of getting a girl since I knew she was the only one coming with me to my room. I hope this helps.
