That's a baby chimp. Hopefully the chimp is well looked after. I've read that chimps are often abused by people. They are so cute when they're babies, but they grow into very strong and often agressive primates.
The 5'th estate did a show on chimps that are abused. The lucky ones end up at a chimp sanctuary in Florida I think.
For example, the chimp that Whack job Michael Jackson used to parade around lost the cut factor and ended up being abused quite badly.
