Well, I agree the original post is weird. However, for the record, if the police are watching a place and they have sufficient evidence to call it a bawdy house, then there is a charge called "being found in a bawdy house." Don't take my word for it though, look it up in the code, it's described under section 211. I just thought it was a little funny that you're telling somone to get informed and you didn't know thatWow what a statement. If they caught you in her house what would they charge you with? We are not breaking any laws here people, get informed or shut the hell up.
No worries, my post was not intended to be a flame, just a little ribbing since you seemed to go pretty hard on the original poster... haha... But yes, we all know that what's on the books and what gets enforced are 2 different things. As for Cherry, I have nothing to say since I've never met her, but she seems to have pretty good reviews, so I'm sure she uses common sense as well like you say.Hi Dave, all due respect I do have a basic working knowledge of the act. I also have a good dose of common sense and an ability to balance the odds and see through bull shit. Knowing Cherry and the way she conducts her self not to mention her sizable knowledge of the business I am as comfortable seeing her as I am any other SP more so then many.
