Hey! I'm touring TO next month and my air bnb host just let me know that I may have to check guests in at the front desk. Is this common practice? Are clients okay with this? Do security staff pay super close attention to how many guests you're having? Feedback from clients and providers is appreciated!
My comments are a few years old now and not AirBNB related (my suggestion is book a hotel). Here are the various scenarios I have encountered.
1) Simply call and let the SP buzz you in.
2) Call and the SP comes down to the lobby.
3) The concierge calls you and says "there's a Brad Pitt here to see you".
4) The concierge calls you and says "Pizza Guy is here".
5) One King West was the worse. They had a desk right in front of the elevators and the client must sign in.
