Lately, I've noticed a terrible odour from my boyfriend's ejaculatory fluid. He has good hygiene, always showering before and after we have sex, so I'm puzzled as to the cause of this odour. Yeah change the diet. Dairy products, coffee, hard liquor, and some vegetables can give semen a foul odor/taste.

It is possible for a man's semen to have a really foul odor and taste if he has a bacterial infection. Fortunately, it is easily cleared up by antibiotics and is not serious, though certainly not pleasant. As others have said, get a doctor to check him out.

If so it's possible to get from the woman, carry it and then give it back. That does produce an odor if he's prone to them. Easily treated, and if you've been getting them constantly then a good sign what it is.
