A while back some guy with a briefcase shows up at my front door claiming to be from the city asking to test my water, asked him for offical i.d., which he could not produce, told him to take a hike. Didn't think much about it at the time until I saw this show (must have been the same company, since the tactics are the same). Hope nobody fell for this scam - preying on seniors and scammimg them out of $3500, these scumbags should go to jail! :mad:

I'm watching Marketplace right now. They are doing a feature on telephone and door to door scammers. People who scam the elderly are the lowest life form on the face of the planet.
