How is something that happens 5000km away relevant? perhaps you should have posted your "caution" on PERB, in BC

Rags' reminder to Toronto providers could be a good thing. Relevant? I'd think so. Because the BC case is another example of a "systemic" issue: the need for independents who operate alone to take the necessary precautions to ensure their safety. I saw the CBC-TV clip on the story and heard that the two women operated their business in the same building but in separate apartments.

The CBC broadcast was interesting in the sense that the two neighbours, one a man and the other a woman--the women's neighbours--were judgmental about the business the two deceased had. They were clearly in mental pain as two members of their housing community were victims of a horrible death.

The police have yet to determine the cause of death in both cases. The first death was suspected to be a suicide, and happened a short while before the second. But I doubt this was the case. Let's see what happens.

Correction to my previous post

The above first sentence should have read "not judgemental". Otherwise, the second sentence would not make sense. My error, sorry.
