Caught a client. With a hidden camera

Long story short, caught a client, trying to secretly record on a device that looked like a power bank, found footage of me and him on the SD card. I don't know what to do whether I should seek legal action with it. I'm a little bit shocked at the fact that like he that he was uh. Sneaky, enough to bring this in when he could have just asked if he wanted to film. What makes me even more nervous is the fact that I have seen him more than once and it's just this time. I caught him. I have no idea what to do. Next, I'm really mad. There's over an hour of just content of me. And him on the SD card, so please, I don't know if you guys can point me in the right direction.... Any independent ladies or agencies? Want to send a message to top drawer? They can forward the information of the client.Did this or you can just dm me?And I'll share the information

Call a lawyer and try to get some free legal advice. A friend of mine who posts pics online found someone stealing them and posting on their site and she took legal action since he didn't ask for consent.

You might be able to sue the guy and get some funds too.

That’s pretty shitty! I doubt there’s any legal remedy though - consenting adults etc. I mean the whole escort industry is on the border of legality anyway.

Obviously the agency should ban him, and also maybe if you can post what the device looked like so other SPs can be on watch?

There's tons of spy cam devices these days at spy stores or on Amazon like pens, phone chargers, etc. An annoying pet peeve of mine booking outcalls at hotels is the room could have some too without her or I knowing too.

  (4) Every one commits an offence who, knowing that a recording was obtained by the commission of an offence under subsection (1), prints, copies, publishes, distributes, circulates, sells, advertises or makes available the recording, or has the recording in his or her possession for the purpose of printing, copying, publishing, distributing, circulating, selling or advertising it or making it available.
• Marginal note punishment
  (5) Every one who commits an offence under subsection (1) or (4)
  • (a) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or
  • (b) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

These are the Criminal Code sections and I believe there is a Court decision that states that it is still a criminal offence, even if the recording is of a consensual sex act, if there is no consent to the recording.

I have footage of him setting it up and leaving out of the bathroom and putting it on the counter... He said he bought the device off of Facebook marketplace and there's like other recordings on it of him. Just doing random stuff, nothing bad but but like, yeah, it clearly was intentional

That he brought in this device and was indifferent about being caught when you saw the contents of the SD card, you should keep the SD card and the device, contact police, a lawyer and also report him to your agency (sorry, don't know if you work for one) and put him on your banned list. Makes zero sense to see him again since he's crossed that line of discretion.

He likely has a computer full of other recordings that could ruin other people's lives if he posts them online. Probably lots of other illegal shit to be found on the basis of a search warrant based on this complaint.

Tell them you are worried he has recorded you previously and likely others. The cops like to bag big fish.

If you don't, he will continue to do it to other girls.. And these sexual predators tend to need bigger thrills and escalate.

I'd highly recommend speaking with a good lawyer first even paying them for 30mins or an hour is well worth it. Cops generally can be misinformed or not really know much depending on which cop you're talking to that day. A good lawyer will advise what to say to the cops and what the outcome could be. Sadly I know a few amateur clips uploaded on free porn sites some users have deleted their accounts, but the vids still remain on the platform. For now it doesn't seem like anything has been uploaded like that and you might not win anything if you could sue, but it's the principle of the matter. Most likely charges would be laid the the tech items destroyed or something. If you have the SD card or gave it back to him the lawyer would help get it back and taken care of. At least with charges you could also inform others who to look out for when consent wasn't given.
