-_- did home renovations and while the crew was not there one of my two cats decided to hide in the ceiling hole and stay there while it was being patched up.

Well. Seems you have a few choices:

1. Cut a hole and get it out

2. Release some mice into the space and trickle some water in

3. Go on a loooong vacation, long enough that the smell is gone by the time you get home

Create small hole, and send in a ferret. Magic will happen.

As an aside, if i tried to wall my dog in, there would be a huge ruckus.

Had to cut two holes but got the sucker out. I have two cats and the cat that got stuck is the one I hate but unfortunately it would cause more problems if it died in the damn ceiling.

Why do you keep a cat you hate? Now you hate it more because of the holes. Give the cat to someone who is not hate filled.

This experience could be the turning point in their relationship, now that studentjohn has proven his love for his cat by cutting not one, but two holes to rescue it.

We'll have to wait and see if the cat can forgive his transgressions.

cut a hole, take the cat out

then proceed to kill it in front of the other cat, so that it will learn to fear you
