Due to my extended stay at the Let it Ride tables, I was granted a complimentary hotel and meal . Since they like taking my purple chips. They sent me with $120 voucher to St Germains their new steak house. What a disaster this restaurant is. Arriving at 855 for a 900 reservation. We stood there for 10 min while the seating host was on the phone. So seated by 9 10 pm, but no sign of a waiter or a menu till 920 pm. When she did arrive asked she stay as i could see this place was unorganized. She took out order. Shrimp Cocktail starter arrived 45 min later !!!!!! The main course arrived a full hour and 10 min after we ordered. Well most of the meal , my side of lobster tail was missing, my side of mushrooms was missing and my partners Prime Rib was over 50% fat.You bet he bitched to a shaken assistant manager. Then the lady at a table behind us joined in and said her raw steak that she ordered medium well, that she sent back was now burned to a crisp.You know they know they were bad when they return the meal cost back to your account. BTW for those of you who enjoyed the now closed Traditions restaurant,I was very disappointed in Weirs its cheap replacement.The hotel rooms are very nice at least.
