Will be up in Ottawa/Gatineau on the weekend .. is there any chance of SP's hanging out at the casino bars ? . My guess is too much security for that ?
Offhand I can think of 2 asian SPs that are always at the baccarat table when they are off the clock. After 2/3am you'll also recognize a few strippers on fridays and saturdays.
