The pool liner gave up the ghost over the winter -- but it was repaired.
And that's a story in itself. You guys sometimes act like escorts provide the worst customer service. I'm here to tell you that I've had some real horror stories with contractors!!!
You wouldn't believe the hassle and clusterfuck that relining the pool involved -- and I'm still not sure it's right. The contractor was great at telling us whatever we wanted to hear -- but whenever there was a problem, he made himself scarce in a hurry. No communication. No customer satisfaction policies.
In any event, it works now -- but I strongly suspect that the life-span of this liner is compromised by some errors that were made measuring it and installing it. Not only that, they screwed up my world for more than a week on a job they originally said would take "one day."
Can I run all over the internet badmouthing this company and giving them bad reviews? Don't think I haven't thought about it. But mine is only one experience. How do I know that it isn't the exception to the rule? I haven't found anything else negative about the company online.
So in the end, I'll probably give them the benefit of the doubt.
