car vandalism @ angels touch

Hey guys, I have a sensitive issue right now. I went to angels touch this afternoon and when I left I noticed someone keyed the entire door of my car. I really want to nail the guy who did, but I am hesitant about filing a police report. Does anyone have advice on this matter., should I worry about being honest in where I was?

Yes, just be honest. You went for a massage & that's all you got. They may actually check surveillance tape and catch the person. Don't lie to insurance either if you are making a claim!

I think I say I got this morning and my car was keyed I was at the malls not sure when It was done
I don't think the spa want the cops at there door

Yeah, was able to file a report on the phone. All they needed to know was the location where I was parked. They (understandably) didn't need to know my activities.

Malls may also have unidentified cameras. The dumbest thing you can do is claim it got scratched at a location you were never at. You could then be charged.

Angels is not the only tenant in that building, you could be parked in that lot to attend a number of other businesses.

Crap I didn't notice this thread here.....who knows what happened....reality vandalism can happen anywhere....doesn't mean that Angel's is not a safe place to park....what I want to know is why did the OP not contact me until 4-5 later to discuss this issue with me is odd to say the least...not to mention it is common sense if your vechile gets damaged you know enough to report it too the police....so I question the purpose of the posts on both boards....clearly by what has been said by the OP he just wants to nail the guy I think is what I am hearing from him....ya it is shitty this happened to the OP but in all honesty it could be an angry girlfriend who followed the young hobbiest (<25) to the MP and when he went inside being pissed she keyed his car....and for the OP to suggest to me that he had suspicions my fellow business neighbour whom we are on great terms with did it is respectfully ridicilious.....maybe I am in denial here but what adult keys peoples cars.....and furthermore what kids hang out in an industrial park? I never see teenagers in the neighbourhood and we have been on Bentley for almost 15 years.....
