She's been doing this for quite a while. Was in the east end previously. When I contacted her and told her that it is illegal to do car activity would she consider doing it indoors, no response.

She insists on the car, so I am thinking some kind of scam/set up. Why take the chance?

Not just about letting a stranger in the car, way too easy to be seen, and picking her up in front of her building, if this is a regular occurrence, too easy for LE to track & bust. Sure, it might happen only 1x, but being caught in public, there's no way around bad news all around if it happens. With so many other safer ways of meeting, easy pass.

So I know this girl, but not from hobbling. I can't speak to the hep C, that I have no idea about. I can tell you she and her significant other have had problems with drugs for years. There's no doubt in my mind that she'd be doing this to fund their habits. I'd recommend avoiding for safety reasons.
