Can't get into Terb

For the last month or so I have been trying to get into Terb but a notice comes up saying the site is under construction. I am now at another IP address and using Chrome and obviously gotten in.. But with Firefox or IE I still get the same notice. Any ideas of what is going on? Help would be appreciated.
