Anybody seen Camille on Thursday?...

I had been confirmed for an appointment but they never told me what hotel or room number. After 4 or 5 e-mails trying to get info and never getting one reply the encounter never happened. Never even got an explanation.

Is this sort of thing normal?..

Yes, it is very normal as their customer service is always known to suck ... God knows how many times these has happened to me and many others in the past .... they even have a policy that your appt is not possible if you don't hear back from them meaning they won't even have the courtesy or bother to spend just a tiny little bit of time to reply to you if you are not going to get an appt. Only really poor run agencies would have such a policy.

From an agency standapoint, they are probably one of the worst I have ever used in North America when it comes to cancellation and unavailability. Camille's cancellation is probably due to lack of pre-bookings again but who can they blame with their girls or themselves pissing off local customers so many times without bothering to even make up anything for it ....

God knows what happens to their lovely ladies in the past too? They reduced their staff by more than half lately and the remaining ones there (maybe with a couple of exceptions) are really less than desirable to see ... really $160-range looking girl being marketed as the higher end $300 range girl ...

Too bad there ain't any other better agencies doing tours in o-town ... GOE from Toronto started but most of their girls are not that great looking either ...

You would think they would e-mail the clients who have been confirmed and let them know she is not coming. Just a decent thing to do...instead you have angry clients!...

Sad ...sad...buisness practices.
