There was a disturbing International Sex Guide report recently in the Montreal section recently from a guy who got mediocre service from a Vog agency lady who spent way too much time discussing politics in the first part of the session.

So maybe London, Ontario. The foreign lady will be fascinated that there is both a London, Ontario and a London, England. Chicks dig London, England and she might happily chat about that without inquisitive Canada follow-up that might be awkward.
The cheat sheet would say how many miles (err, fuck, kilometers) London is from Toronto. Wikipedia should give some festivals. Google should list some high schools and colleges. A few more facts about Toronto itself, and the American faker should have a happy sex worker after the conversation that so often occurs between cum #1 and cum #2, as opposed to the conversation that might otherwise occur if she thinks he is American.
One of my favorite authors, Nelson DeMille, wrote a book called The Charm School. The premise was that Russians kidnapped some American guys and made them teach Russian spies the practicalities of being American so that the spies would fit in. The American captives got hot Russian wives who bore them children so they would cooperate.
