Canada slips again in global corruption ranking

As those that import a culture of corruption are getting higher up in the public sector, the inevitable is happening. It is only going to get worse as Canada rapidly becomes like the places they came from.

Corruption will always be there. What makes it worse it when it drifts down to lowere ranks. I am also bit surprised that Canada does not have an equivalent law when it comes to FCPA in US or Anti-bribery in UK. We have one Act (can't remember the name at this time), but its vague at its best and dones not deal issues at home. Also, protection brings corruptions too...as you mentioned.
