I dunno....because they're not supposed to hit and run????The driver driving away is wrong, but they might have panicked....the pedestrian was crossing no where near a crosswalk. Why is the driver always considered at fault?
He said the driver was wrong to drive away. I assumed he meant why is the driver always considered at fault whenever a pedestrian is hit.I dunno....because they're not supposed to hit and run????
Unless of course it is a train they are driving. He said the driver was wrong to drive away. I assumed he meant why is the driver always considered at fault whenever a pedestrian is hit.

How do you know it was not at a crosswalk? The cbc story didn't indicate that, did you see that info somewhere else? The driver driving away is wrong, but they might have panicked....the pedestrian was crossing no where near a crosswalk. Why is the driver always considered at fault?
Or even licit drugs - eg. prescription meds such as oxycontin...Illicit drugs
