Cameroon may not qualify for 2006 World Cup

Cameroon was deducted 6 points for their upcoming WC qualifying campaign because they refused to change bodysuits. Read this ridiculous story here:

This is absolutely absurd and I think Blatter's syphilis has finally caught up with him.

6 Points means that it is almost impossible for Cameroon to qualify for the next World Cup.

Well i don't see what the big deal is either in using those new uniforms, however FIFA is God and if they say you can't wear those outfits, then you don't wear them. What was Cameroon thinking by not abiding by FIFA's rules? They should have went back to there old uniforms and sought a court injunction against FIFA that would have allowed them to use those new uniforms in future games. Its a real pity, Cameroon is an such an awesome soccer nation and to miss out because of stupidity. I can only assume this matter is not over and there will be time spent in the courts to get those 6 points back. --- Kev

6 Points is WAY too harsh of a penalty. You might as well ban outright cause its basically the same thing.
