- cannot discuss services via direct message on OF, therefore redflag
- these ads are omnipresent on LL

Most likely a scam of some sort. The obvious indication is you have to sign up to her OF page to contact her, therefore you'll end up paying to sign up to her OF and not get a response. I'd avoid.
