camera lense jammed

I have an Olympus digital camera.
I am going to a hooker party in 45 minutes.
I went to change the batteries and I had the camera face down.
Now when my camera turns on the lense doesn't come out and open.
This will be the best pic taking oppurtunity of the season and I am starting to panic.

How can I get the lense to come back out?

Seriously though.. forget about it and buy a $15 disposal camera at the drugstore . . if you shoot raunchy stuff, I know a lab that will ask no questions. It's downtown.

None of that was very helpful.

Luckily I figured out what I did wrong. I turned a button when I was changing the batteries. When I put it back on auto the lense started to work again.

I need the digital so I can send the pics back to the girls via email.

The party is in Barrie and I hear we have way less snow than you do in toronto right now.

Just FYI for future emergencies...film pix can be scanned and e-mailed. But it's good that the lens is working OK.. Then there is Viagra.. (tired joke by now but I could not resist.)

It was a great party.
We weren't on the bay just very close to it.

I love december because we get to attend xmas parties in groups. this thursday 7 of us girls are going to a company's xmas party in a limo-bus
