Looking for some sort of backend (opensource) that lets private users login and have access to the following:

Webmail
Inter-user messages
User notepad
public graffiti (think writing on the wall)
User tasks
User files
User calendar
User menus
User preferences
User bookmarks
User modules
Newsreader (news, stock quotes, weather, etc.)
