Be a gentleman and respect her, whatever she wants, she gets, it's her business. Once you understand this basic, go ahead and pick up the phone and ask, it's simple. Respect is the number one trait that any SP wants, not the fact that you have a big dick, SP's could care less, in fact the smaller the better.

Number one right up there with courtesy is hygene. If you've got those two covered, just be genuine and dive right in.
