Calgary is in the heart of Harperite country.

Question: What if they pass a silly law and everybody ignores it?

Better than what we might have anticipated, but not entirely dismissive of C36 to any extent:

“This is a dangerous occupation, whether it’s inside or outside,” Rutledge said.

...we’re certainly in favour of any new legislation that (allows) us to go out and target these exploiting individuals.”

Not really. Calgary was supposed to be the strictest enforcement of c36. Now they are singing another tune. Its one more piece of our puzzle to show the Cons how stupid they are.
