Biden and his supporters finally spiked it for good. When the administration refused to even consider expanding the domestic production, the writing was on the wall. The Green nuts donated over 11 million to Biden's campaign- money well spent. The American people can go and fuck themselves and a big thank you from Vlad.
If the Americans want/need KXL, then they should pay for the cost of building it plus reimburse all the sunk cost to date.

Politicians and beaurocrats usually get it wrong the first time. Your batting average will be much higher if you do not agree with [ or follow] their first inclinations. Alternative green energy is at least 3 decades from being up to the task of being able to replace much todays oil/gas requirements.
Don't need it. TMX will be ready soon and at that point there will be excess pipeline capacity
