In all my years of living I have only seen one women have her ass reduced or liposuction. Mostly it is the boob enhanced.

This is my view as well.

In North America 2/3rds of women are pear shaped (bigger butt than boobs), 30% are ruler shaped (roughly equal boobs, waist and butt) and the rest are that rare perfect hourglass shape.
