You can burn them but they will not work on the PS2 machine.
Encryption chip in the PS2 machine makes the copies usesless.
I have been told that the encryption chip can be replaced. I my opinion that is to much hassell.
But if you go get the internet interface for your game .Most of the games are free on sony's web site.
