Burner SIMs in Ottawa

Hey all,
I know that 711 has burner phones and sims, but since there are no 711s in Ottawa, is there an alternative? I see you can buy prepaid SIMs from some companies, but I'm not sure which ones require you to register and keep a CC on file, etc.

Should be able to buy at any Petro Canada station
Pricing is about the same as 7-11
Piggybacks on the Rogers network so coverage should be good

Thanks. Petro looks like you need to register and have a valid CC on file to keep "topping up" your SIM. Kind of the same problem with shipping the 7-11 cards, as you need to pay CC to have them delivered. I'll look a little deeper into both though.

Activation can be done over a phone line

You should be able to walk into a Petro Canada station and buy time (with cash) same as with 7-11.

If you've got a smartphone, try PhoneHub. App will give you a local number and allow you to hold it as long as you keep paying the $10/mo to reserve the number and top off minutes. Pretty easy to dump a number for another if you need to.

Just simply use a Burner Phone app.
Works for phone calls and text messages.
This way, you keep your existing smartphone and use the APP to use a burner number for calls and texts.
