Bullying - going too far?

I was watching Cartoon Network today with my little niece and nephew when this public service spot came on:

If this is an example of bullying then I was probably bullied 4 times times at work this week week alone. Can I sue?

it is a heck more consequential when you're still a kid as it could hinder development, social skills etc. now suck it up and get back to work
