Breast Implants

It's a mentality thing. Men like the "real" thing. That doesn't really say it all, but I'm not sure how to make it any clearer. I'd rather see a real B-cup than a fake D-cup. Anyone with money can buy implants, but it makes them seem materialistic.
doesn't really matter how they got there to me, or even if they are there at all,as long as we can all have fun with what we have, then the rest is just window dressing and hair splitting.
Many of the girls seem to over-do it with these things. They are way too big, and feel very hard as well. Having said that, there are some notable exceptions out there...
The main thing is that the lady is happy with them! I spent some quality time with Eve at SRM this week and she was clearly very pleased with her girls, and that's all that matters!

Agreed, if the lady is happier with implants she will ofter feel more confident and be even more fun to be with.
On the other hand, I have seen implants that are hard as a rock, or the insert is obvious to feel and sight.
But if the implants are well done, not noticeable and make the lady more confident, they I am all for it.

I'm always amazed by the amount of women who get implants that really don't need them.
Honestly I've only ever seen a handful in my entire life that I said too myself that they could use some bolt ons.
So my answer would be that it's not that I'm put off by implants it's that I appreciate a woman that is comfortable with what she has.
There's a certain sexuality that comes with that confidence.

I've never been a big fan of "sugical body enhancement / modification" .
This issue is a kind of double edged sword. As TECHED mentioned, if it's a confidence issue for the girl then that's one thing but on the other hand as FREESTUFF mentioned most guys don't like them because the girls either don't have the money to get a "quality job" done OR they go to some backyard mechanic to get a cheaper price. Either way they look / feel fake and are easy to spot even in the dim light of most SCs.
The way that I look at it is that if the girl's body is porportionate then what's the problem? I notice a girl's personality and attitude first before I notice her breast size.

For me, it's mostly just that I'm not actually into large breasts. I'm of the opinion that large breasts can look very nice in the right clothes, but when a woman is naked, I notice shape far more than size, and small breasts keep their shape better and are perkier. And I care more about how a woman looks naked.
Certainly the girl should do what makes her happy (unless of course it's just masking deeper insecurity issues) but personally I prefer smaller breasts over large ones. And while I'm sure there are ones done that are very hard to detect, poorly done or disproportionate ones are a turn-off for me.
I'm happy either way. The only exception would be when the job has been very poorly done, then they don't arouse me. they just engender my sympathy.

My Ex, too me was absolutley gorgeous. She had 3 kids and breast fed them all. Her body, while still slender showed the results. But I didn't care. She and I got along great as did her kids, her parents and I. Until that is her ex hubby started causing problems for everyone.
My point is, if this is something that you're considering for yourself then do yourself a favour, DO SOME RESEARCH first. Ask a lot of questions of girls who have already had the procedure done. Get Dr. names (see as many for consults) and DON'T settle on the first Dr. you see. Expect to spend at least 8 grand on a half decent surgeon and procedure. AND as a last question(s) to ask the girls you talk too ask them this..... After having it done, was it worth it? AND If you had the chance to would you do it again?
If this is something that your considering to please someone else then one word.... DON'T!

As a woman, I quite like breast implants. I think nicely done ones don't feel SUPERfake, especially the latest silicone gel ones, and add curves in ways that I really find visually stimulating. I'll agree the bad breast implants are really bad.
On top of that, there's something sexy about a woman choosing to feminize her body. It's the same way I like long hair, manicured nails and toes, well-done makeup, high heels, and corsets... just more permanent. In general I prefer larger breasts, and the confidence boost it gives many women can only help their sexuality.
