Brantford is west of Hamilton and south of Cambridge. It's where "The Great One" is from.

Virginia: There's a whole subsection on Hamilton/Burlington/Oakville and one on Cambridge/Guelph/Waterloo/London. There's got to be some information in although I never looked.

There are 3 or 4 parlours in Brantford but I haven't been to any. Marilyn's has been around for at least a few years at the same location. I don't know if that's good or bad.

Come on guys, give Brantford a break .....

They have some decent shows at the Sanderson Centre for the Arts, a grand old theatre with a bit of history itself. The local figure-skating and chess scenes are thriving. The area is steeped in history, especially native history and culture, i.e. Six Nations, Joseph Brant, Pauline Johnston, et. al. The Grand River is a significant conservation area of historical importance as well.
Two of the nominees for greatest Canadian, Alex. Graham Bell and Wayne Gretzky, made their homes in Brantford. Wilfred Laurier University has a satellite campus there ... and of course there's a little Casino ....

Don't know about the sex trade, but Brantford may not be the backwater some of you guys might think it is ...

I am well aware of the historical significance of a few landmarks.. it may have been a thriving town in the past.. now it is a hole... 75% of the downtown is boarded up
