It's a dumb piece of legislation which was defeated before when the Liberals tried to pass something similar under Martin. The Conservatives will bow to an almost universal opposition to it,even from their support base, so I'm willing to bet it dies in Committee.
how could they not...other than Vic Toews and some cops, no one really wants this law passed...that being said, if SunTV came out and said it was a good law, they would be laughed at.
