Boss gives Bank of America a piece of his mind for discrimination against his employee

HIs only black employee was the only one who could not cash his check. They refused outright for no reason and didn't even bother verifying. Absolute disgrace.

Surprised that some employees are still paid by cheque and not by direct deposit.

Years ago I was in a lineup at a bank branch in the garment industry area of Montreal. Almost all the garment workers were recent immigrants and didn't speak or write English. The guy in front of me was asked to endorse his cheque so he wrote an "X". Then the bank asked his friend to verify the signature and he also signed with an "X".
