Any interest in a book review section on Terb?.I think from reading the posts that there are some avid readers here.For the record, there are plenty of books on sex,techniques,sex industry,adult industry so it's not like it would be out of place here.

We could also have Terb's "book of the month club" where the selected book will fly off the shelves and Fred ZED could have the author on for a site chat....."and you can have a free session, and you can have a free session, and you can have a free session....EVERY-BODY gets a FREE session!!!!!!!"

I don't know about needing a section (maybe just a thread) but for anyone looking for authors I am a huge Jasper Fforde fan. Check out his first book "The Eyre Affair" if you enjoy strange (an alternate timeline of the 1980's with it's own laws of physics, history, and odd choices for naming your kids) hybrid story telling with a lot of very British style humour.

I also really enjoy Tim Dorsey, although his writing is so disturbing I'm always slow to recommend it. But for those who think Chuck Palahniuk should learn too laugh while doubling the violence and adding lots of gratuitous sex and drug use (I only tried reading his stuff once he might have that in other books) to his work he might be what you're looking for.

I highly recommend John Scalzi if you like science-fiction with a good dose of humour.

I tried to read "Choke" by Chuck Palahniuk. I couldn't relate to his characters, sio I had difficulty maintaining interest.

I had a similar problem with "Beautiful Monsters," got about half way through and I didn't care what happened to any character in the book so stopped reading.

Now you know even in the Lounge we've had threads go on and on and on and on and on. they seem to do quite well on their own while interest lasts and fade when it doesn't; Offensive jokes, Busty Asians, letter changes, and just damn funny Jokes. So it works in it's own way, but hey!
