Does anyone know how to block unwanted callers on Rogers home phone - I just can't face calling their tech support and sitting on hold.

I know bell is the call privacy and call screen feature, did you check the rogers website for help.
Couldn't find anything there

Okay - couldn't wait for the answer, thanks for those who tried. Ended up calling Rogers

Turn on - *60#XXX-XXX-XXXX#
Turn off - *60*XXX-XXX-XXXX*

That's it - now all the agencies can block my #

I assume you must have a 'service' for this? I have Rogers, tried those codes and got nothing.

A few weeks ago I installed a new modem that recognizes call display. Also downloaded a free program call Phone Tray. Now I can block any number after one ring with a distinct message like, 'No telemarketing', 'Out of Service', or I can even record my own.

Why are you guys even with Rogers Home Phone?
Independant companies like Teksavvy will give you real phone service (not digital crap that won't work when your cable goes down) for about $10 less per month.
