There was nothing wrong with calling the police but the police did not have to handcuff him when they arrived.

There was no reason to call the police. The manager should have spoken to him at the window instead of instructing the teller to call 911. In what world does a bank robber ask for $12.000 specifically, provide his PIN and photo ID? Basic training would have prevented this.

the pregnant teller did her job because of the alert, it was the manager's decision to call the police without even talking to Coogler, that's the issue. But Black people can and do participate in racism against other Black people, it is not you being a different race that makes something racist, it is treating someone badly for being a person of colour that does.

Yes.

I'm a mixed race black guy, I've gotten so much racism from black people growing up. Not just from them though.

On the flip side. I can catch people when they think they are comfortable saying racist shit about either side.

Black people (especially Jamaicans) can be very jealous and judgemental to one of their own whose more successful or smarter than they are.
