Black berry synchro...??? can some one help

Just trying to synchro my BBerry with Outlook new version under VISTA.
Previously everything was OK with XP but can't do it with Vista.

I dowloaded SP2 pack software from RIM web site ( complete with device manager) without any results

Tried to contact RIM service on line for a week , no answer back.

Did any one faced tis situation before

I have yet to hear a good thing about VISTA. Even when the software is supose to work with VISTA, it doesn't. Can't you use XP? Mybe do a dual boot setup. Have called RIM or gone down there? Maybe RIM has some patches that haven't been released yet. Some sort of work around. What version of Outlook are you using?

I use Outlook under XP version of MS Office
I'll try again directly with RIM
