In my hobbying yrs, I have came across a few MPAs and SPs who are taking birth control pills regularly. Some have boy friends and some don't. Could that be a sign they are doing BBFS with some clients or just as a matter of protection if in case the condom breaks or sometimes got carried away in heated moments?

Not at all. Some women take birth control pills to regulate their periods and it also eliminates the monthly cramps that come with periods. My late wife used to take them for these reasons.
You've told me you're a mature man who knows a lot about women but you don't even know this!

Also...condoms aren't unbreakable. It'd be easy for the condom to break in the heat of the moment and both parties would not realize it.
Condoms are known to be a poor method of keeping a woman from getting pregnant.

So a careful guy might be interested to know if his SP is using more than mere condoms for birth control.

In 2012 I would presume that the vast majority of women of child bearing age in Toronto are on the pill. Does that mean that they all have problems with irregular or overly heavy periods or painful cramping, or that they are promiscuous, no they are just being careful.

I never said all! Read what i wrote! I said sometimes birth control is prescribed to control periods while it's also used to prevent conception.

Are there stats to support this assumption?

From the few ladies i've met & spoke to about this, one stopped taking the pill when she thought it was causing her hair to fall out,
and another remarked about it making her feel ill.

BC is taken for many reasons by women: regulate periods, acne, some help with PMS as well :)

BC is sometimes prescribed as soon as a young women starts her first menses. For others if it is being used for off-label uses, it can be started earlier than the age of first menses. Soooooo I doubt those young women (anywhere from 12-16 years) are out offering BBFS on the regular :)

It wasn't intended as a hostile comment. Sorry if it read that way.

While I don't know about for the Golden Horseshoe, there are certainly plenty of studies for the U.S.A.

I thought this was common knowledge?
