No I don't. But, my mom did. She hated Britney Spears as well as Lindsay Lohan and Leeane Rimes.

My mom's beef was basically: "Here they go again. An adult makes a fourteen year old girl sing a song meant for a thirtysix year old woman."

Just listen to the tone of voice of Miley in "I want to to see you again." Now, imagine Shakira singing the song and Timbaland rapping the Chorus. Sends shivers down your spine man.

I don't really see anything strange. She is his daughter, their both famous, they have a show together, and pose for pictures together...

Maybe it is just your perspective getting in the way?

The trappings of fame and fortune! Looks damn strange to me, too, but hard to say what any of us would do if faced with the same choices and temptations.

Sad to say but in North America or Western Europe in 2008 if at fifteen if the girl doesn't start to transition herself into being who she wants to be in another four years, she isn't going to have a career in another four years. I'm not sure you want your 12 year old emulating her pose, but I really don't think the bare backed photograph is all that shocking or risque.

Miss Cyrus actually seems to be a very straight shooter something that in the age of the Spears women/girls is unusual.
