This law is very confusing. I know Law is not always easy, but what is a sexual service in this case?

If you respond to a massage ad is that breaking the law? etc, etc...

Seriously what is a sexual service in the Bill?

This would be helpful to know both for SP's and customers.

If it is sexual in nature, there is room to charge and prosecute purchasers over it. Going to a massage parlor for the purpose of receiving oral or manual stimulation could certainly be viewed as a sexual service and therefore make you liable.

If serious about a back massage only, why not find a good RMT? They are a regulated profession with ethics where any sexual hanky-panky would lose them their licence. I'd give you a side-eye if you attempt to tell me with a straight face that you are going into that asian massage spa for a good 'back' massage.

A sexual service is defined as “a service that is sexual in nature, for the purpose of sexually gratifying the person receiving it. Still vague, but from this definition, one can figure out pretty well what is and what isn’t a sexual service. (I suppose now if a guy gets an orgasm from a simple back massage, that would be in more murky territory).
