Trump is all pissy, hissy fit about it, though.
Claims, "they're my hostages" and "that Biden and Harris" should have left them there rotting in jail because he would have secured their release, a most exquisite and beautiful release like the world has never seen before, 5 seconds after winning the election in November.
"I was robbed! It was a rigged release! Everyone knows it!"
Biden is the most boring President in history with major accomplishments, more than any other President in history. Trump treats the WH like a reality TV show.

I know Trump would brag about it. Should Trump win the
election and the war has run its course by early 2025 Trump
would spin it as his triumph. Doesn't matter to him
whether it is true or not as many people will buy it.
Ending the war sooner would improve the likelihood of
the Democrats beating Trump.
You could say the same about just about any war anywhere. Repugs have always (after Lincoln and Eisenhower) been the party of hate, fear and war

How the war ends will have a lot to do with what effects it has.
Just "ending the war" isn't automatically a plus.
Nuking Moscow will "end the war".
Not sure that's really going to be viewed as benefit for who does it.
It seems really straightforward.

The tweet is her commenting on how the prisoner swap and how important diplomacy was to pulling it off.
I dunno...Maybe because she's poised to be the next president and she's commenting on the swap.
