I think this is just wrong. I'm going to say Biden's supporters should step-up and make his library happen. He did a lot of big things they truly supported.

In fact, Biden might have been manipulated by those around him to run again. Even people in their 80s are affected by flattery and praise maybe more so. I wouldn't blame Biden for running again.
