I came across this BP post. I could not find any relevant search results for her name or phone number on TERB and decided to explore.
Texting was quick and she was very prompt in responding. I booked a late evening time slot with her and drove to the coordinates provided by her.
Location was near 401 and Stevenson Rd.

On entering the room she asked for donation and shortly after started showing attitude which I think she probably planned right from the beginning. She starting talking in high pitch, and within few minutes she picked up the landline phone and called reception to ask for security. I highly doubt the line was active but couldn't tell for sure. I told her that this was unnecessary and asked for refund which she denied. She started screaming repeatedly asking me to leave the room.
I left the room to avoid unnecessary attention from hotel security, patrons from adjacent rooms or her accomplices (if her high voice tone or pretend call to reception was any sort of flag to them).
