Yes you get better service if you look better.
Whether it is more attracted, or less repulsed, you get better service if you are in good shape, clean, no bad smells, etc.
You also get a better session if you are more physically fit in that you have more energy, and the more you put in, the more you get out. Physical strength matters too, beyond just that girls like muscle, because it means you can lift her up without her feeling like you are going to drop her or otherwise hurt her. Yup. I noticed that service went up when my weight went down. But then again, I had also taken more care in manscaping, worked on my technique (ladies love the one-and-a-half inverted double twist move) and successfully completed the Carnegie course in mind-fucking.
Kidding aside, it's not rocket science or a secret. Look at any customers service job. If the customer is attractive, he/she gets better service. And if you don't have the looks, be pleasant and fun and you'll get almost as good service.

I think hygiene and how active you are has more to do with better service. I generally will get more "involved" if the person shows me they want me to have a good time too. It rarely has to do with looks on my end. I have gone WILD with some less than great lookers because they were great in bed. And I have counted down the minutes with some hotties because they did not know how to engage.
